Each session lasts about one hour, giving you space to pause, reflect, and take the next step forward.
Most clients meet weekly or fortnightly, depending on their budget and circumstances. I am flexible and we can adjust the schedule as your needs change throughout your journey.
You can choose either online or in-person sessions, or a combination of both, whichever works best for your circumstances.
I offer flexible scheduling, including morning, afternoon, and evening sessions, to fit around your work or family commitments. Unfortunately I can not accommodate weekend sessions.
Each session is $120. Payment is straightforward and secure.
There will be reading work, video recordings to watch, and reflection exercises to do. This “homework” is structured to help you continue building insight and progress between sessions.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is a cornerstone of counselling, so everything you share is private and secure.
